Liisa has been working hard with Erin to get her aport right and to prepare for the exam. I was very excited and hoped everything will go well enough, so Erin could get over 90 points necessary to confirm her as Baltic Champion. And it DID!
Erin and Liisa got the best result of the day!
The weather was awful, it was snowing if you can call it like that and the wind was strong enough that all the incoming and outgoing flights were cancelled. Practically the worst weather you could imagine for obedience work (except extreme heat). Erin was not in her best shape, she was very distracted and quite passive. Her heeling was okay, except one time she tried to catch some snow. But aport was a bit shaky, she didn't want to give it up very well and brought it to one side. Something Liisa has the oppotunity to work on :)
I have already sent applications to confirm Erin as Estonian Champion and if that is done we are going to register to Finnish Hovawart Specialty Show in Champion Class and confirm other Championship statuses.
Next is Ob2 (maybe in autumn)!
